Here are three Dotees that I made for my friend Judy in Australia. I loved making them.

My Granddaughter is 13!

I can't believe my first granddaughter is a teenager! Her mom held a surprise party for her yesterday. Lots of her friends came. I forgot my camera but am hoping one of my daughters forwards me a picture.
She is such a beautiful girl!

New doll/pincushion

I made this doll/pincushion for the person who gave me gifts in my quilt guild's secret sister program. It is a pattern by Kate Erbach. I think it is such a fun pattern! She is a pincushion and her hands hold scissors and thread. She has got the greatest feet and sandals. I might make myself one too!

 Here is another pixie from the Allison Morano pattern . She is for my secret sister reveal. I can't give a doll til then or they would guess it was me! LOL Mine likes the color green.

Challenge doll and a quilt

 I have been working on a challenge for my quilt guild. The theme is fantasy garden. I was allowed to make a doll so I did. I used Allsion Marano's Vernal Muse pattern and then put her on a base which I had glued flowers and grass and rocks. The yellow, red and green fabrics were the ones we were given to work with for the challenge.

 Side view sows her hat which was a Christmas tree ornament. She has little leaf wings. I named her Garden Fairy.

This is my granddaughter Mallorie's quilt that I finally quilted and gave to her. It was supposed to be for Christmas. Well, better late than never! I made the top from a flannel jelly roll and then the back was flannel too. Hard to quilt on my home machine but I finished.

Steampunk Doll

This is my Steampunk doll. She is going to a luncheon for free flight ladies. They all are pilots and love to fly the dirigibles. She has on her wing hat she has earned. Plus her winged flight key. She loves dressing up for her luncheons.
