Well It is finally done! It is hard to tell in the little pic but the animals are wearing Mardi Gras beads and masks! Te tree is also decorated for Mardi Gras. The two challenge fabrics are the multi colored check and the fabric containing the four small chickens I cut and fused on. It is heavily quilted. All the appliques are fused on and then stitched with clear nylon thread zig zag. The maching quilting is done with different varigated threads.

Awesome, fun and soo colourful, great job Karen
Wonderful! It's so cute. Looked at it big and your work is great. I absolutely love the barn fabric and the black and white chicken (top one) fabric. I've been searching the net and can't find anything like it.
I love your quilt!
It is so colorful and fun. :o)
This quilt is great. I second the comment about patience--but the reward is when it is finished and you can be proud.
